Are you considering buying a football shirt with custom prints?
The purpose of this article is to provide you with the necessary knowledge to make an informed buying decision.
We hope that the custom printed jerseys on hellomicki.ru will bring you happiness and a sense of investment.
1. Step by step printing
It all starts with arranging the selected inscription-last name, first name or nickname.
The printing process starts with arranging the letters-individual letters are placed on a special transparent label in the required order. Sometimes, for top football players, we use ready-made suits prepared by font manufacturers.
We use the official guidelines provided by the club and the national team every year, so the prints are exactly the same as the prints on the jerseys worn by the players.
The next step is to locate the name and number on the jersey.
Following the guidelines described earlier, we ensure that the letters and numbers are correct where they are needed.
At this stage, precision and accuracy are of the utmost importance, and we strive to make every jersey perfect-as if we received it ourselves.
Next, the jersey is in the “hands” of temperature and pressure.
The news was held tight, we took a deep breath, and a few seconds later, we saw the almost finished product.
Just remove the protective layer on the letters and numbers, and the jersey will go directly into our elegant box.
Packed in this way, it is delivered directly to satisfied customers.
2. Fast order processing time
You don’t need to wait for the order to be shipped in a few days or weeks.
We will not outsource printing to anyone. We prepare all the jerseys directly in our shop,
Thanks to this, our order completion time is fast
Orders placed on the working day before 1pm Central European Time will be shipped on the same day!
3. The best quality equipment
We have set high standards, and so is the quality of our products. 🙂
We use Transmatic TS 5P semi-automatic transfer machine.
The official store of Real Madrid and the official store of FC Barcelona use exactly the same printing press.
Transmatic is an Italian manufacturer of multi-station presses and has been providing professional solutions to companies all over the world for more than 30 years.
Our printing machine can ensure even temperature and pressure distribution, thus ensuring the perfect fit of the print on the jersey. The print pressed in this way is very durable, which means the life of the jersey itself.
4. The method of thermal transfer
The thermal transfer method is a popular technique that can not only print on clothes, but also on ceramics, glass, wood or paper.
The combination of pressure and high temperature connects the fabric of the jersey with the help of a special carrier.
In our work, we use two types of vectors:
- Flexible foil
The flexible foil is made of polyurethane, making it flat and flexible. When applied to a material, it will not appear stiff and move with it.
Therefore, the breathable material of the jersey will not lose its characteristics where it is connected to the print.
- Flocking foil
Flocking foil is made of cellulose fibers, giving it a very unique fuzzy texture. It is several times thicker than a flexible foil with convex surface.
Flocking foil is more suitable for drawing more complex shapes.
5. Only materials from licensed manufacturers
Not everyone knows that printed materials are not made by sports brands (such as Adidas, Nike, Puma, etc.).
These materials are manufactured by specialized companies, and clubs have signed production and distribution contracts with these companies.
In our shop, we only use officially authorized fonts.
By ordering jerseys in our store, you can ensure that you will receive the highest quality products.
6. How to maintain your custom jersey
If you are already the owner of a custom jersey, you may want it to last as long as possible.
Below you will find tips on how to take care of it:
- Do not clean the jersey within the first 3 days after printing.
- Use delicate detergents. Avoid using washing powder and choose liquid detergent.
- Turn over the sweatshirt before washing.
- Use delicate fabric programs/sportswear/hand wash for washing.
- Do not dry or expose the jersey directly to high temperatures.
- Keep the maximum washing temperature at 40°C (100°F).
- When drying, do not expose the jersey to the sun.
- If the shirt can be ironed—the information can be found on the label—then just turn the shirt over and iron it at a temperature not exceeding 150°C (300°F), and put parchment paper on the shirt.
